Energy Fruit Bar

Endurance Fruit Bar are indispensable bars for long-term exercise, even in higher temperature conditions. It combines the natural sugars of the fruit with fast and intermediate absorption sugars that will be released in different phases, allowing the replacement of glycaemia and maintenance of the energy levels for longer periods.

With the progress of the training the energy reserves, and especially of sugars (glycogen) decreases, affecting the levels of glycemia (blood sugar levels), and with this, the athlete’s general performance. This decrease is greater the greater the intensity and duration of exercise. Decreased glycogen stores associated with decreased glycemia lead to the onset of fatigue, easy tiredness, lack of motivation to continue competing, lack of concentration, etc.

Ingredients

Almond-Banana: Peeled almond (39%), Sugar, Oligofructose syrup, Banana (5%), Maltodextrin, Soy Protein, flavour, Preservatives: Sorbic Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Acidifier: Citric Acid (E330).

May contain traces of gluten, milk, egg, peanut, sesame seeds, sulphites and / or derivatives of these.

How to take it
