Energy in the moment

In view of the demands of endurance sports, Extreme Fluid Gel is a combination of fast-absorbing carbohydrates, which are designed to maintain stable blood sugar values and prevent premature fatigue.
This gel combines Caffeine and Guarana, potent antioxidants with great importance in long-lasting activities like collective sports and resistance tests. This combination also helps raise alertness, an advantageous effect for any athlete.

This formula still contains Green Coffee which helps to save your energy sources and use it more efficiently.

Improvements in mood and physical performance have also been attributed to guarana. Although it is thought that the effects are mainly due to caffeine, the evidence also reports effects of other constituents such as tannins, flavonoids and saponins that give it an antioxidant capacity. Caffeine also appears to act on the energy substrate during exercise, saving glycogen and increasing the mobilization of free fatty acids to be used as an energy source. Already in the recovery phase may favor the replacement of glycogen. Increased release of beta-endorphins will be another way caffeine has a beneficial effect on performance.

Extreme Fluid Gel stands out for its more fluid consistency, thus facilitating ingestion, which allows the athlete to focus more on the race and less on the gel.

How to take it

Take one gel per hour of endurance exercise. It is essential to drink at least 250 ml of water for each Extreme Fluid Gel consumed.
