Lacticell is a formula that helps recovering from muscle acidity. Its formula combines 4 ingredients, all with the potential to help your muscles recover and prepared for your next workout.

Creatine is added to it´s formula, allowing you to have greater muscle energy, as well as an antioxidant action. Speaking of antioxidant action, we’ve added vitamin E and alpha-lipoic acid, two potent antioxidants that will protect your muscles from oxidation.

Beta-alanine is the biggest highlight of this formula! This can control the muscle acidity, helping prevent it from affecting your workout and thus postpones fatigue.

How to take it

Training days: take 3 capsules 15-20 minutes before exercise and take another 3 capsules after exercise. Remaining days: Take 3 capsules 2 times a day with meals. For best results take daily, for at least 8 weeks. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Other information

Not recommended:

  • Under 18 years old;
  • During pregnancy or breastfeeding;
  • In case of kidney failure;
  • In case of allergy to any of the ingredients;
  • Some people may feel flushing due to the beta-alanine content. This symptom usually decreases in intensity from the 3rd day. If it remains, take two capsules 3 times daily and gradually return to the recommended course of action, or reduce the dose to a level that does not cause flushing and/or tingling. Foods may decrease the tingling sensation and/or flushing caused by beta-alanine.
