GoldPoints

GoldPoints are points you earn from purchases in the GoldNutrition online store. Each product is allocated a certain number of points.

To earn GoldPoints, simply log in to our website, click on the "My Account" tab and create your account. From there you can earn GoldPoints when you buy products.

GoldPoints cannot be combined with discount coupons on the same order.

On each product page you can see the number of GoldPoints associated with it. The number of GoldPoints shown cannot be taken into account if the product is on sale.

GoldPoints can be accumulated in your account to be used for future orders.

You should place all the items you want in the Shopping Basket and proceed to the "Checkout" stage. You will then go to the "Order summary" page where you will see all the items sectioned off. Before the total amount you have the possibility to use GoldPoints and deduct them from the total amount.

GoldPoints are equivalent to discounts. The more GoldPoints you accumulate, the greater the discount you get on future purchases.

Each GoldPoint is worth €0.01. In other words, with 100 GoldPoints you get a discount of 1€ on an order. During campaign periods we may increase the value of each GoldPoint.

You can check your GoldPoints via your account. To do this, simply log in to our website, click on the "My Account" tab and select the "GoldPoints" option. On this page, you can see how many GoldPoints you have earned, how many GoldPoints you have used and your current GoldPoints balance.

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

The order has been canceled: the GoldPoints used and accumulated in that order have been canceled and therefore no longer appear in the GoldPoints history.

The order was returned: the GoldPoints used and accumulated in that order were canceled after the return and are no longer included in the GoldPoints history.

GoldNutrition does not accept exchanges or returns of products exchanged for GoldPoints.

Points are automatically available once an order has been paid for.

Yes, all products have GoldPoints associated with them. The value of GoldPoints may vary (increase) in certain promotional campaigns.

Yes, there is. The maximum discount that can be applied to an order using GoldPoints is 60% of the total value of the order.

GoldPoints cannot be combined with discount codes, i.e. if you use a discount code, you will not be able to redeem GoldPoints on the same order. If you apply GoldPoints to products that are on promotion, the GoldPoints will be applied but the campaign discount will be removed. It is also not possible to apply GoldPoints to promotional kits as they already have a discount associated with them.
