    He started practicing sport as a teenager to lose weight and improve his physical appearance, and ended up spending seven years in the toughest elite military career, in the Commandos. The trail followed his love of nature and orienteering and, as an athlete, he began collaborating in Goldnutrition events and is now part of the brand's marketing department.

1st Classified Senior in the Cascais Athletics Trophy, 1st Classified Overall in the Madeira Island Ultra Trail - 40km, 2nd Classified Overall in the Lagoa de Óbidos Night Trail - 27km, 2nd Classified Overall in the Douro e Paiva Trail - 36km, 2nd Classified Overall in the Santa Justa Trail - 23km, 3rd place senior in the Azores Trail Run - 45km, 1st place overall in the Carregueira Trail - 10km, 7th place overall in the Ultra Pirineu Marathon - 45km, 1st place overall in the Belas Trail - 25km, 2nd place overall in the Dura Trail da Arrábida - 25km, 1st place overall in the Javali Trail - 15km.

2014

3rd place overall in the Lagoa de Óbidos Night Trail - 25km, 3rd place overall in the Centro Vicentino da Serra Trail - 22km.

2013

1st place in the National Military Orienteering Championship.

2012

2nd place overall in the Trail das Poldras - 22km, 2nd place overall in the Rialp Matxicots - 42km, 3rd place overall in the UTAX - 42km.
