What is GoldNutrition's Hydrate line for?

The Hydrate range has been developed to ensure effective hydration during different types of training. Each product (H0, H30 and H60) has a specific formulation adapted to the duration and intensity of the exercise.

What is the difference between H0, H30 and H60?

  • H0: Calorie-free drink, ideal for light or short workouts. Hydrates without providing energy.
  • H30: Isotonic drink with electrolytes and a moderate dose of carbohydrates. Ideal for workouts lasting up to 2h00.
  • H60: Isotonic drink with a high carbohydrate content, suitable for long (+2h00) or high-intensity workouts.

I used to take Gold Drink, which product should I switch to?

Hydrate Isotonic H30 is the direct replacement for Gold Drink. It has a very similar formula and exactly the same functions.

Do I need to hydrate even for short workouts?

Yes, even shorter workouts cause a loss of fluids and minerals. In these cases, H0 is a great choice for keeping the body balanced without ingesting calories.

Is H60 also good for recovery after training?

No. H60 is formulated to hydrate and provide energy during training. For recovery, the ideal is to combine protein with carbohydrates, such as Fast Recovery.

Can I use H60 in an endurance race like a marathon or triathlon?

Yes, the H60 is designed exactly for this type of effort: long duration, high intensity and the need to maintain constant energy.

Do Hydrate products contain caffeine?

No. None of the products in the Hydrate range contain caffeine.

Can I use the H30 in a hot outdoor activity?

Yes, H30 is an isotonic drink that helps replenish electrolytes lost through sweat, especially useful on hot days.

What is the best way to consume Hydrate products?

Mix the product with the amount of water recommended on the label and drink during training. For long workouts, plan a regular intake (e.g. every 20 minutes).

Is the Hydrate line suitable for gym-goers?

Yes, depending on the intensity and duration of your workout, you can choose the most suitable product:

  • Short workouts → H0
  • Moderate workouts → H30
  • Long or intense strength training → H60
