GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) is a compound naturally found in our body, being the main neurotransmitter inhibitor of the central nervous system, has an anxiolytic, tranquilizing and sedative effect.

This formula was enriched with Magnesium and Vitamin B6, two essential nutrients for the proper functioning of the nervous system and to maximize the action of GABA.

How to take it

Take one capsule a day between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.

Other information

Not recommended:

  • During pregnancy and breastfeeding;
  • In case of allergy to any of the ingredients;
  • If you have Prader-Willi Syndrome, Angelman’s Syndrome, Encephalopathy caused by liver disease, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity;
  • Due to its sedative effect, very high doses may cause drowsiness.
