How to take it

Within a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, eat 1 serving for breakfast. To prepare a drink (shake), add 9 tbsp (65 g) to 250 ml of water. Shake well and serve. To prepare a spoon-eating meal, add 9 tbsp (65 g) to 150 ml of water. You can also prepare pancakes and other delicious recipes.
