BCAA's & Glutamine GoldNutrition® is an advanced recovery formula. It combines BCAAs in a 4:1:1 ratio with L-Glutamine, the most abundant amino acid in muscle. Glutamine is crucial not only for recovery but also for intestinal health and immune function.

Fighting Overtraining

Intense training can depress the immune system and deplete glutamine reserves. The combination of these amino acids creates a powerful anti-catabolic formula that improves tissue repair, prevents chronic fatigue, and strengthens defences, as glutamine serves as fuel for immune cells.

How to use?

Take 1 serving a day (10g), before, during or after training. To prepare 1 dose, add 1 scoop to 250 ml of water.
