How to use?

To prepare one serving (smoothie) add 4 level tablespoons (24g) to 200ml of water. Shake well and serve. You can take 1 or 2 shakes a day, with no specific intake period. It is suitable for taking before or after training, or simply as a snack. It can be taken from the age of 16 with a portion adjustment.
