Patrícia Sampaio

Patrícia Sampaio discovered her passion for judo at the age of 9 and has since dedicated her life to the sport. Originally from Tomar, the judoka has achieved remarkable milestones, including a 3rd place finish at the Paris Olympic Games, establishing herself as one of the national references in the sport.

With a particular interest in training and nutrition, Patrícia is constantly seeking to deepen her knowledge to enhance her athletic performance. At the same time, she is completing a degree in Communication Sciences at Universidade Nova de Lisboa, balancing her academic life with the challenges of a high-performance career.

With determination, focus, and passion, Patrícia continues to overcome challenges and inspire others through her journey both on and off the tatami.
