    Capoeira

    He started practicing Capoeira in Massamá in September 1998.

    Due to her flexibility and ease of executing any movement, she was nicknamed Borrachinha, and this became her name in the world of Capoeira.

    She received her first degree in February 1999 in Portugal, and in August 2015 in the city of São Paulo she graduated as a teacher.

    At a very young age, she started taking part in Capoeira Championships and won several titles, including regional and national champion several times.

    In 2007, in Rio de Janeiro, at the age of 15, she became World Capoeira Champion for the Muzenza Group, and was the first European capoeira athlete to win this title.

    At the 2009 World Championships, she became two-time World Capoeira Champion for the Muzenza Group in Rio de Janeiro.

    In 2014 she became European Champion for the first time at the European Championships in Lisbon, held by the Muzenza Group.

    In the city of São Paulo in 2015, she became a three-time World Capoeira Champion with the Muzenza Group.

    At the European Championships in 2016, she renewed her title as Bi-European Capoeira Champion with the Muzenza Group in Lisbon.

    Today Professor Borrachinha teaches Capoeira classes in the city of Lisbon for children, young people and adults.

    In August 2017, in the city of Fortaleza, Brazil, Professor Borrachinha was once again crowned capoeira world champion in the female teacher category, making her a four-time Capoeira World Champion for the Muzenza Group. Also at this great event, she changes her degree to Professor 2nd Degree.

    In September 2017 the Portuguese Susana Ventura "Borrachinha" gave two courses for the first time in the country of capoeira, one in the city of Maranhão-São Luís and the other in the city of Mato Grosso-Cuiabá.

    In 2017 Susana Ventura created her own sports brand aimed at capoeirista athletes, with specific products to improve performance, capoeira fitness sportswear.

    In 2019 Susana Ventura competed for the first time in Fitness, becoming the National Women's Fitness Champion.

    In 2020, Professor Borrachinha became a five-time World Capoeira Champion for the Muzenza Group and a third-degree teacher for the Muzenza Group in the city of Curitiba, Brazil.

    Susana Ventura has a degree in Exercise and Well-being, currently works as a Personal Trainer and Personal Fight, and travels the world teaching Capoeira courses.
