Weight Gain and Muscle Mass

Supreme Gainers combines BCAA-rich fast-absorbing (whey) and slow-absorbing (casein) proteins. It is also composed of a low fat carbohydrate complex, only 8g per serving (320g).

The proteins contained in this formula are obtained exclusively from whey, which have a composition very similar to human muscle. Its digestion is faster, allowing effective protein synthesis at the muscle level. These types of proteins are the most effective in preventing fatigue and maintaining muscle tissue, preventing its post-workout degradation and promoting a unique increase in strength and muscle mass.

The combination of proteins and carbohydrates contributes to the positive balance of nitrogen during exercise, thus preventing muscle breakdown, enhancing muscle glycogen replacement and increasing insulin response, thus favoring muscle recovery after exercise.

Ideal product for:

  • – Gaining weight and muscle volume;
  • – Accelerate muscle recovery in all modalities.

How to take it

Take one serving (8 measures) per day. Take ½ serving (4 measures - 160g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ serving (4 measures - 160g) immediately after training, or take ¼ serving (2 measures - 80g) 4 times a day - mid-morning, before training, after training and at bedtime.

To prepare a ½ serving, dilute four shallow measures into 640ml of water, and to prepare ¼ portion dilute two shallow measurements into 320ml of water.
